Mr. Peter Carr, BEng, DIC, MSc, CEng, MICE, MIStructE, MASCE is the President of e-p-consult , a company with offices in Houston and London providing worldwide services in HSE , Risk , Reliability , Technical Integrity , Engineered Safety and Asset Integrity Management .


Mr. Carr is an International Expert in Technical Integrity and Health, Safety and Environmental ( HSE ) management , including safety engineering , HAZOP, FMEA, Safety and Technical Audit Engineering, risk and reliability analysis and environmental assessment for Onshore and Offshore Oil and Gas facilities, Refineries, Petrochemical Plants and pipelines with over 30 years of international experience . (Clients include AIOC , Aramco , British Gas , BP , Chevron , ConocoPhillips , Enterprise , Exxon-Mobil , Elf , Epic Energy , Hamilton , Kerr-McGee , Marathon , MedGaz , Mobil, Sakhalin Energy, Shell Expro , Shell Philippines , Texaco and many others. )

During his long career, Peter worked as a Technical Integrity Consultant, a Risk Assessment Consultant, a Senior Safety Consultant, a Lead Engineer, a Senior Engineer, a Structural Engineer, a Project Manager, a Deputy Head of Structures Division and a Research Assistant.

Mr. Carr has BEng ( First Class Honors ) in Civil & Structural Engineering from University of Sheffield , UK and an MSc and DIC in Structural Engineering from the Imperial College of Science and Technology , London , UK . He is a Chartered Engineer ( CEng ), a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers ( MICE ), a Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers ( MIStructE ) and a Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers ( MASCE ).
