Captain Paul Allen ( USA ) PhD , MBA, BSc. is the CEO/Project Director of the Project Executive Group Inc. USA providing advisory services in capital projects including Marine Terminal Development , Marine Operations and automation . Captain Allen has over 35 years of practical and academic experience in Marine Terminal Operations & Management , Marine Offshore Operations and Oil/Gas industry Project Development & Implementation .  

During his long career life, Captain Allen worked as a Ship Officer ( tankers and freighters ), for Texaco and Marine Transport Lines. He worked as General Manager for Southern Star Shipping, Port Captain for Westwind Africa Line's bulk carriers and tankers, and Shipping Director and Marine Ter m inal Manager for Flour Mills of Nigeria and Nigerian Pipelines. He worked as Professor of Nautical Science teaching Advanced Cargo ( Tankers , LNG , Refrigerated , LASH/Seabee , Ro/Ro ) for US Merchant Marine Academy . He worked as a Marine Operations Manager for Reefer Express . He worked as an Operations Director for Industrial Superintendence Corp . He worked as a Port Captain for Hess Oil Virgin Islands Corp . He worked as a Chair m an/CEO and Project Director for Beta Corp Houston and Chair m an for ABT Manage m ent Inc . He worked as a Group Director and Project Director of Fluor Daniel's Ports , Harbours , and Marine Ter m inals Group. He worked as an Adjunct Professor of Maritime Administration for Texas Maritime Academy and Adjunct Professor of Management at Rice University's Jones Graduate School of Management .
