Mr. Jeff Whelan, PE ( USA ) is a Senior Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years experience in facility design , construction , and project management . He is experienced in major facility installation, Pipelines/Piping with thorough experience of ASME B31.1 & B31.3, Pipe Stress Analysis , Pressure Vessels, HAZOPS , HSE , and FEED .  

 He is currently the President of Allied Process Services ( APS ), an Oklahoma based engineering company provides engineering services to Petrochemical , Pipeline , Power , and Chemical industries.

Mr. Whelan's career has spanned over most aspects of facility planning , maintenance , design , and construction . Prior to joining APS, Mr. Whelan was in Executive Positions as a Division President , Operations Manager , and Executive Vice-President . He worked for RDM Technologies , Hueneme , Rockwell International , Mid-continent Power , Chicago MPEA McCormick , Batch Chemicals , Weatherford , McGee Chemicals , and Elf . He was instrumental in the growth of these businesses and had success in implementing corporate project management procedures for design-build-commission projects.

Mr. Whelan has a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University , USA . He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Oklahoma , Alabama and Florida . He is a Certified Project Management Professional ( PMP ) from the PMI and he has a Master Degree in Project Management .
